Yeah, the 'normal' Re-ment is getting a bit pricey. I did buy one of the Orcara wine sets- lots of neat pieces, but the box in which all the smaller pieces fit is a little lower in quality than I had hoped. Still, a really nice start.

I love Re-Ment! Sadly I don't have much of it. And I agree that it is starting to get somewhat pricey

You know there are probably about 6 books out there on how to make food and other tiny things from polymer clay. It's not quite as durable as resin on it's own but if you coat things with a good varnish a few times most of the time you can make a lot of very interesting things from polymer and polymer can be found at any craft store and online fairly easily. If you're handy that way could be a way around that problem. It's not that hard making things like food actually. It's a lot easier than making say a doll head that looks like a certain Doctor(s)....

Excellent idea! I have a couple of boxes of air-dry clay on hand. I knew I would find a use for it eventually when I saw it on sale at the Hobby Lobby! LOL!

If you're talking about the Japanese books with the checkerboard covers I will whole heartedly agree. I have all the checkerboard books and they have step by step how to pictures.
