Quick sticky Barbie leg fix

Don't know how this will work in the long run but I just dusted some sticky Barbie legs with corn starch. It makes her a bit easier to handle while I look for a solution.

She's a less common body in pretty good shape so a head swap might not be able to happen.

You might try wiping the legs down with goo gone and then a wash with dish soap.

I'll get some GBG soon. The corn starch is meant to be a quick fix, we don't have talcum powder, and to make her easier to touch with my sensory issues.

This particular doll is a Ballerina Barbie from the 70s, her legs looked like they had been handled with dirty wet hands and after washing they're just a bit tacky. I think it's because she's too clean, not so much separating.

I've swapped most of my older Barbies over to newer bodies, but I do remember their legs being ever so slightly tacky when they were too clean.
