I have this blog bookmarked too. It's great. She also has tutorials on You Tube. There's a good book for it too, but it's scarce these days and tends to be a bit on the expensive side to purchase. It's called "The Art of Making Beautiful Fashion Doll Shoes" by Timothy J. Alberts and he also wrote one on making miniature hats and stuff. There's a woman on Etsy that's also making wonderful resin shoes for all kinds of dolls, but when I emailed her about them recently she never replied. I don't know, maybe she's on vacation or something? I found her under "Blythe" listings there.
