These remind me of a book on patterns for historical cloth dolls I have, it is that scale too.

I bought a set of these. Be careful as they are actually intended for the older Twist and Turn style bodies. They will take modifying if you plan to use them for the newer Belly button body.

Just so you guys know, these patterns are from an old book called The Doll Book. I actually asked on here about this book last year or so. They're just scans of that book. If you wanna get the whole collection, its currently as low as $4 on Amazon.
