Hello Dolly Boutique
on Ebay or from this website. Vintage patterns for Modern Cissy, Tonner, Ellowyne, Gene, CED, American Model, Barbie AND 60cm Obitsu. CED fit 50cm obitsu with minor adjustments. I believe these are all resized from human patterns from the 1920s to present! ebay has some, better selection on picturetrail.

Found this site following a hot link from mine, to their forum, and they have a treasure trove of a Russian Barbie mag called Lola. Clothes and furnishings. http://barbie-lola.narod.ru/lola.html

Thanks everyone for posting such awesome links. These links have kept me very busy trying to find the right thing to sew. Sigh, if only I had all the material and time, I would be a nonstop tailor to my dolls.
