Awww, man! I want a house with a dangerous-but-cool spiral staircase! :o

That was quite a meandering journey through a lot of states! Well, maybe not meandering, as I presume you tried to take the most direct route, seeing as you were moving rather than on holiday, but you certainly passed through a number of states!

I didn't know Tim Horton's had invaded the States. I thought it was a Canadian thing.

Glad you made it safely and are getting settled in! I always like to see the "crossing state lines" photos. Thanx for sharing glimpses of the journey!

Winters are going to be a change of pace for you compared to Texas, I imagine! :shock:

Thank you, it was the most direct route, for the most part, but it was still 2000 miles or so.

I was ecstatic to find a Tim Hortons, all the Canadians I talk to mention their coffee, so I was happy to try some myself. It was pretty solid!

I'm really looking forward to real winters again. I used to live here before being stuck in Texas, so I know what to expect.

It's not the original recipe that first made them famous. They changed it some years ago.
