She’s awesome and definitely a teenager. 
Also I wanna say that COA is awesome and a pretty clever way to keep recasters and scammers from copying fake ones. Or at least make it way more difficult. Luts has something similar with plastic credit card sized COAs.
More BJD companies should look into doing that.

Awe, congrats on the re-shell! It's nice to have a doll that can pose really well, and most are much more durable than some may think!
