Yet another fussy dress for River

I can't seem to stop making her the frilly stuff. This one, as usual, quilting cottons, adapted from a Designs by Jude pattern. Made in 2 pieces, bodice and skirt with a 3rd part, a petticoat, invisible underneath. Made the necklace too. All by hand. Sigh and torn apart twice. I might be crazy.
