Dolly Cosplay

Has anyone ever made cosplays for their dolls? Either to go with a cosplay you, yourself are doing or because they look cool?

One of my questions is: Has anyone ever made Angelic Layer cosplays for their dolls?

I make cosplay for my boys all the time. The newest project will be to create Kuroshitsuji costumes for them to go with mine and the girls in my anime club for the school's Open House in May.

First though, I have to make Momiji's New Year's robes... This coming year will be the Year of the Rabbit, if I don't have the robes ready I'll NEVER be forgiven.

All my boys are based off anime characters... so I'm not sure if making their usual outfits would count as cosplay. ^_~

Josephine cosplayed as a Roaming Gnome on our trip to Fresno in May. She will definitely be doing more cosplay in the future as well :)

Not sure if it counts as 'cosplay' if the doll was made to be the character ^^;;, but if it does, on Halloween, my sis and I cosplayed in our Corda 3 costumes, with our La Corda 3 boys:

My sister as Nia, with her 60cm Kyoya:

Myself as Kanade, with my 70cm Chiaki:

I've made costumes for some of my dolls!
And I plan to cosplay some MH dolls. (ghoulia in particular)
in the future.

I also can't wait to get my 65cm bjd, I'll be cosplaying with her as well. XD

Awesomeness.

I think I'll cosplay with my girl too. (Just depends on what I can find. If I find orange headphones she's gonna be Yoh Asakura.)

My dolls 'live' to cosplay although some are actual characters. Its the only way they ever get new clothes or earn some new clothes.

It started off as a need to get a costume out of my system after 90 hours of gameplay, but it became a fun thing to have my dolls cosplay some fave or otherwise chars.

Video games, animes, mangas and movies make a good catalog of doll clothes
