Good job on the furification! SooSoo looks great! He(she?) needs a pair of googly eyes buried in that fur.

Gosh, that's really cool!
I've been thinking of getting an obitsu dog, but I didn't really like the shell because it looked nothing like a dog.
Maybe I'll try this if I ever get the chance, great work! :)

oooh, love the fur coats on the dogs! I've thought about doing that, hadn't gotten around to it yet. For a short-haired dog, one could even use panne velvet, which is nice stretchy stuff and comes in a wide range of colors (some of them very unnatural for dogs, but hey, you never know....). It looks more like short fur than anything else at that scale.

You could try sewing on black beads for SooSoo's eyes, I've done that for similarly sized critters.

That's really awesome. I wonder if a longer haired dog like an Afghan Hound is possible.

If I were to do that (think of the tangles!) I would consider making a wig-like structure.

I will say, I find the furry version more pleasing to look at but the less furry version a lot more fun to pose.
