Hello World!

Postby sadmac356 » Mon Jun 17, 2019 11:31 am

If I didn't have so much trouble coming up with creative titles, I'd have put a better one there. But that's really neither here nor there. I've been interested in dolls for a good part of my life but only recently got interested in doing more than just playing with them, though right now I'm mostly limited to Barbies/other fashion dolls and the 18" ones. I kinda stumbled across here while looking for doll patterns for a potential custom doll I'm working on. I also stumbled across Den of Angels, but ultimately didn't sign up there because I just don't feel I'd fit in their community. I'm starting to get into BJDs, at least at the moment, but for now, and this is subject to change, I don't have plans to get one myself.

Hello and welcome!

The activity level here seems to ebb and flow... and currently has been in a bit of an ebb cycle... but in general it's a relatively lively forum, so don't let the occasional lapses in activity disappoint you. There is life here under the calm, quiet surface.

And as you've noticed, dolls of all types are welcome!

Hello from someone else who is limited to cheap vinyl playscale (and in my case have no interest in shifting from it, as they're too fun to OOAK...)
Playscale-Obsessed Mad Scientist with more cheap vinyl dolls than I'm willing to count.
Check out my 1/6 scale fabrics on Spoonflower!
