Hello, I'm Zoe. I mostly collect and sometimes customize 1/6 new and vintage playline (Barbie, Monster High, Licca, random dolls I find on eBay, 80s fantasy-themed dolls like Lady Lovely Locks, Moon Dreamers, and Rose Petal Place), plus some 1/12 and tinies. Lately I've been accumulating dolls with pointy ears.

Hello, Zoe! Welcome to the forum!

It will be fun to see photos of some of your pointy-eared dollies!

Hi! I also focus mostly on cheap vinyl playscale and the occasional OOAKing thereof! So nice to see someone else here that know what Rose Petal Place dolls are! My birthday gift to myself this year was trying to fill out my collection of the main characters. I have five of the six because of the line's high vulnerability to sticky-leg vinyl degradation... still short an Iris, tho the sticky one I got off ebay did result in me having all her clothes... I have a couple floating heads for them, too, but am still trying to find bodies that would replace the 'sticky' ones. Did you know they can share clothes with the newer Barbie Chelsea? My Orchid ended up mugging one for clothes since I don't have her outfit yet. Neck peg's too big for a head-swap tho. I'm considering a Breyer Rider doll for that experiment. I had a Breyer-clone called Paradise Horse And Rider that can also clothes swap with Rose Petals and Chelseas, but I wasn't able to get the head off without breaking the neck peg and the skin tone's not a match anyway...

Sorry if I rambled, I tend to do that, Hi!!

Heya! I also focus more on the cheap vinyl dollies myself, so you're not alone in that.
