I know that sounds like an odd place to find a doll but I think I know how it got there so know I just need to find out what type of doll he is he has no markings and no tags. Not to mention he is in bad shape.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yep, that's a My Buddy. He was popular in the 80's. They had a catchy little commercial jingle that can stick with you for days.

My Buddy! I loved him! And he even had Kid Sister~ Hehe~

I swear... I can still repeat the jingle in my head even now! O_O
