Does making doll clothes help?

I thought I was done buying bigger than a 1/6 scale and one was put in my path.
What helps me with 'no more ___' is setting very strict rules. Telling yourself no more ever makes you want to defy that rule but if there are boxes to check it slows you down and makes you think how badly you want/need it. Ask yourself why you want the doll, don't look for reasons to justify it, just the plain and simple why you want it. Maybe look for reasons to justify not getting it?
