Do they have a facebook page or twitter? Try hitting them up there too. If nothing else, it makes other aware.

Maybe they want you to keep everything or are to embarrassed to contact you. maybe they never mess up and this is their first time so they have no idea how to proceed. they may just be waiting until you're original doll is shipped for some reason =/

This is not acceptable behaviour for a BJD dealer at all..! :o Can I stalk them for you? Lol. I'll be polite.

I sent them a message. I'm hoping to at least wake them up, or something. Don't know. It's so frustrating :(

We are extemely sorry to hear this- we have sent multiple emails requesting for the doll to be sent back and the address- we are sorry to hear they have not gone through. We have no intention at all to make any customer upset- we only want ot make it easier for customers to purchase BJDs.

We will reimburse the shipping costs as soon as we are informed of the cost. Once again, we have not at all been ignoring emails- we genuinely have not received them. We have had email issues with another customer by chance. We have no intention to ignore our customers, thats is, fellow doll owner.
