Vinyl dyeing?

Postby Nelly19 » Fri Oct 05, 2012 4:27 pm

Has anyone ever dyed some vinyl before? I asked k2 if he has tried but maybe someone else has, how did it turn out? Are there any links that can help me learn what to do? I have seen resin dying so I know how that is would the process work the same? Thanks for helping

There are some brands in the states too. You can usually find them at auto stores. Can't vouch for how they work but I've seen them and thought about it.

Oh that was aaaaaaaages ago..! Did I even post about that here? Not even sure, LOL. I got the Dutch equivalent to RIT dye but I was afraid to use it because I wasn't sure it would be the right colour. So then I tried blushing the body with pastels instead but I didn't manage to get an even colour, so I took it all off again :P
