Kagome: Inuyasha! I told you we would run late! You made me try on too many dresses! I even forgot my mask!
Inuyasha: Feh. You kept asking me what I thought about them! I didn't even want to come in the first place! This isn't gonna turn out like that "fes-ti-val" at your school, is it?
Kagome: No, hopefully not.
Inuyasha: Oh, I guess I better get this stupid thing on. *grumble grumble*
Kagome: No, you don't have to wear that. People here know about demons and half demons. Just behave yourself because everyone here is really nice.
Kagome: Now come on. Let's go!
Kagome leads Inuyasha through the crowd, smiling and waving at a few familiar faces, before they find a secluded little area.
Inuyasha: *low growling as he looks upon all the larger and smaller "demons"*
Kagome: *sigh* I told you, be nice, or I'll S-I-T you under the dance floor!
Inuyasha: Fine.... What do we do here anyway?
Kagome: First, let's get our picture taken. Just stand still next to me, okay?
Camera: *click flash*
Inuyasha: Now what?
Kagome: Well, there's music. We could dance together.
Inuyasha: You know that I don't know how to dance!
Kagome: It's not that hard. Just take my hand like this, and put your other one around my waist. Then just follow after me.
Inuyasha: *blush* This is really close.
Kagome: *blush*
They drift off into their own little world, until the music is nearly over. Inuyasha, taking a cue from some of the other dancers, surprises Kagome with a small dip.
The music ends and they clap for the performers (Inuyasha following Kagome's lead). Kagome looks over at Inuyasha slyly and smiles.
Kagome: And I thought you said you didn't know how to dance!
Inuyasha: *looks away embarrassed*
