3D printed creature

The creature is a bjd 3D printed doll. I have bought the disassembled kit (in colour red) from the Etsy artist (DollArtbyJulie). The doll is rather small in comparison to the MSD size Obitsu doll. The creature was very easy to paint, but difficult to erase mistakes off. I have tried to erase it with pure acetone and got white marks, so I had to paint these marks with red acrylics :D The magic eraser does not work very well on the doll.

He's cute! I was thinking of getting a DollArtbyJulie doll, what do you think of the 3D printing texture on him?

The texture is different from 3d printed BJD from another seller on etsy who sells BJD pets. This creature has got visible printed lines, rather rough, and I would recommend getting white colour bjd from dollartbyjulie, because you would not run into a problem like white patches when sanding it or erasing face up mistakes.

Thank you! I really appreciate the info on the colors, I asked the artist about sanding but she hasn't responded yet to anything but my question on head & eye sizes.

I also sent the artist a message asking if she could print the dolls larger, just scaling up the 3D models. If she can print them closer to 1/6 scale and still keep the price so low, I could use a bunch of these guys for original characters. Your little guy looks like he poses really well. :D
