Can't keep the wig on

I got an apple Ed head from Junkyspot for a 1/6 obitsu and I can't keep wigs on her head. I tried a silicon wigcap but it just slowly pops off the hard surface. I tried a bit of kneaded eraser to stick a fur wig to her head but it won't stick to the fur wig. I can't think of any other ways to get this wig to stop sliding everywhere and off. Thoughts?

I've put velcro on the head cap before and then the other side on the wig.

I used reusable glue dots to stick a wig on before. Just don't make the mistake I did and leave the doll in a hot car so the dots partially melt . . .

I used silicon adhesive, but you have to "clamp" it for 30 minutes.
