Sybela is an Integrity Toys doll. I think her face is Laka O'Rion. I have to do some digging to remember which one she was specifically.

Edit: She's listed as the 2016 Supermodel Convention Color Infusion doll. She's been rerooted with a blend of black and midnight blue hair (the same blend as her twin brother Shailoh's from previous pics.)

eBay. Let me see if I can find a link.

I can't find a trace of them now, but I remember them being marketed as something to do with anime figures or something. I'll have to keep a look out again.

Also, I shudder to think what my eBay suggestions will look like with everything I just searched trying to find them again. @-@

Yep, pretty much. I went back through my phone and realized I'd never uploaded some of my pictures because it's a long process, and based on the other pictures I have from around the time, they're from around the time everything went sideways at work a couple years ago, so I probably just forgot they were there.
