Dollieh Sanctuary

Back in late July/early August, 2022, when we all discovered that the last 3 'Ultimate Designer Princesses' would just be duplicates of already released Princesses, I decided to create our own Ultimate Anna and Ultimate Elsa 11" designer style dolls to match the set for our collections. (I collect Elsa and Aurora; my sister collects Anna and Rapunzel)
I had just enough time to get Anna together in time for my sis' birthday in mid-August. She adores sunflowers and one of Anna's themes/motifs is sunflowers, so I went with that.
I also wanted to continue with the 'over the top Met Gala' looks most of these gals have to keep in continuity with the line, so the 'Van Gogh Sunflower Barbie' was near perfect for my vision.
I customized a Tiana box into an 'Anna' box and resized the dress to fit Anna, adding dark lace tights and ankle boots to keep the 'stem' look to the sunflower bodice and skirt!
I restyled her hair with a large braid updo in front and enhanced her faceup with light makeup and eyelashes.
When I gave it to my sister on her birthday, she thought she was real! She had no idea she was a custom!!! :laughs: I had to tell her she was a OOAK!
So here she is now---my sister is so happy with her and also very glad she 'matches' Rapunzel in that they both have floral themes (which is my sis' favorite things--plants and flowers!) She said this Anna is her favorite Anna doll she owns! WOW!!!
