Rescued from storage-MH, EAH, Bratzillas & Stardoll

Postby kenaiqueen » Mon Sep 18, 2023 5:13 pm

After several attempts to get my DH to locate some missing dolls, I finally gave him some better descriptions and he found my Monster High and EverAfter High dolls! First, he brought in a smaller stacked bin with Bratzillas (yay for Halloween display!) and some Stardolls that I need to find new homes for. I had swapped out a Stardoll head for a Barbie to get a body with better movement so the loose head in the box is Barbie. I'm still missing my Lagoona MH doll who used to stand by my computer, but I'm sure she's in box with all the office stuff somewhere. I think I kept so many of the EAH dolls because they were all gifts from my son and my DH. Now the hard part will be where to put them. I have 2 new RH dolls shelves to put up this week, so maybe that will free up some room.

I can't imagine why they made her with so little articulation.

Stardoll is a name you don't hear very often . . .

It's always great to locate dolls you've not seen in a while. I remember how excited I was when I found my Monster High collection after almost half a decade in storage.

I put my Stadoll on a MTM body.

Same. She's the one in the black tutu dress in this shot. Head is a little small but not terribly so.

I made Barbie hybrids of both of mine, compared to the big head dolls of late the Stardolls are actually proportional.
