Maybe a Dragon Slim? They're not quite as wispy as Obitsu boys, but are not as bulky as most male action figures.

Lanard's Ultracorps and Placo's Walmart brand will take CC Joe heads, too, but they don't have nodding articulation.

Do you have pictures of any of those guys? I'm looking for more of a Ken build and not to muscular for him.
