"Real" eyes?

Is it possible to give a fashion doll type doll with painted eyes "realistic" type eyes?

You mean like glass/acrylic ones? I have seen people cut eyeholes in heads.

That's exactly what I mean. I have a few ideas kicking around the noggin. For example making a Moxie Girlz doll more similar to one of her Teenz counterparts. I have seen people put Moxie Girlz head on poseable Bratz bodies and it looks good so all that's missing is the eyes (and lashes).
