I'm a little bit fuzzy on Blythe sizes, but I think they are pretty close? From what I've been reading the Blythe's are a slight bit bigger.
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.

Fullsize Blythe with an LPS Blythe. My Blythe is on a body that's slightly leggier than factory but otherwise the proportions are pretty close.

Well, I was going to tell you that the wigs were glued on, but now someone else has so that's ok
I think the bodies on the Pullip are fairly close to Blythe and probably wear very similar if not the same size clothing. Since I have kept mine in their default outfits (cause I got them because I liked them that way) I've never changed their clothing, but I've seen the nekkid bods LOL.
I think that you're doing an awesome project and I hope you document it here for us to watch!
