YOSD or 10" Patsy size. I got mine from Deb's Adorables. She's on ebay but if you email her with your order, you get a better deal. I got some socks for her too. The sneakers are just too cute!

Oh, squeeee! That's a great dress on her! Those colors look amazing and I love the detail of her braids having a matching ribbon to her sweetie pie dress. She is so well loved and it shows!
