I used the head and legs of a little plush bear. The rest is made out of some faux fur material I got at JoAnne's. I just attached the head to the bottom of the jacket\dress. I got lucky finding material that matched the plushy.

Looking at Lady Gaga's picture again, it sorta looks like the bear is frantically trying to run the other direction. I can almost hear it going "NOOOO! YOU'LL NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE!" XD

And also ... I wanna know how she manages to walk in those shoes without breaking anything. Like that flimsy-looking floor. Or her ankle. O__x
