Not sure if you can still call a cotton attempt to be a kimono, a kimono, even though I went and line it. I kinda like the blue-white gradient and even bought a green version of the fabric

Okay last lot. Gotta say its pretty fun since I love watching the Festive dance showcases (caught Niigata and Sendai) and my dolls get to pick up pointers.

These two particular lined cotton kimonos/yukata are finally done. I followed an unfinish tutorial(somewhere on Deviant art) for the base and attempted to lined it based on what I can see from the other kimono and qipao I bought. Its not perfect but it sufficient for the project.

Helen's green color piece ended up being a little longer. I should still have enough fabric left for her bigger shell.

She is on the tripod for this, I hed to work with the exisiting low hedge to shoot this.

And that she broke another one of my cups... I'm left with one now...

The folks over there were doing a tea ceremony showcase. I may have distracted them but I lack sunlight hours to shoot.

Totally liking this tree's location and the whole sakura petal carpet feel.

I still don't have a good shot of the dolls on the bridge.
