She is an early version of a 70s doll that was an exclusive import from Europe for a department store. They had different natural hair colors and some had tan skin. And her eyes sleep.

Is that a Cindy/Sindy doll?

I have a friend who collects original Cindy dolls. I don't think that looks like any of hers.

Edited for dyslexic tendencies..... :)

Not a Cindy or by any of those companies. She's from mainland Europe.

Nope :) The country she's from is in the company's name and they made several types of dolls. 1971 was a good year for her.

She is by Italocremona, was first called Vanessa but most were sold as Corinne, and I am told were exclusive to Sears.

And if anyone out there wants her more than me that's no problem. I just saw an older doll at the store.

She has that European look to her. Kind of exciting and neat to meet a doll that I'd never heard whisper of before.
I am Tam. Tam I am. I like green eggs, but I don't like ham. :D

I tried linking one of my adopted click pets here, but the board wouldn't let me. :/
