I just passed by some dolls like this (of the porcelain variety though) at my local craft fair. Dolls this realistic are beautiful and I admire the skill... but if I had some child sized doll in my house my mind would snap. I have the same problem with toy baby dolls, I'm too compelled to treat it like it's real.
