Ages ago, there was a listing on the UK Forbidden Planet site for a Capaldoc in 8 inch format with fabric clothing. It got taken down after a few months, so I'm not sure if it'll happen at all. I hope so; though 10 inches would make it fit in better scale with the Eleventh they released in his series 6 outfit.

I've seen the new 3 3/4 size figures in stores. Not my scale so I can't say anything about them. Saw 10, 12, and a female companion.
Time of the Doctor with young and old 11 heads and a 12 head is in the old 5" scale. Expect to pay $40-$50 for it.
