The difference is that Pullip heads are about 9"... Monster High heads are smaller than YoSD heads.

Someone put a pullip head on a 50 cm Obitsu over on Junky Spot a couple of years ago, and it was adorable.

With the yen to dollar exchange rate better than it's been in years, it could be time to start cruising Mandarake and Yahoo Japan Auctions for Visuadolls.
