Posted: Mon Feb 13, 2023 6:33 pmI could only find the time to make one Smartie outfit for Valentine's Day, so Katie has it on. This was a Raccoon's Rags pattern that I fudged a bit on to get it done quicker. The blue heart is actually a clear Swarovski crystal heart with an AB finish. I'm planning on using the same pattern for my other Smartie to have a St. Pat's outfit.

The Valentine's dress is actually from that pattern but for speed, I dropped the bottom ruffle. I'm going to make a summer dress for her with the ruffle tho.
